Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
In its original condition unopened and unsealed (if applicable) Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
Opened trading card packs or boxes Single trading cards (due to market volatility and grading concerns)
Sale or clearance items
Digital/downloadable goods
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Nickbaker@Toptiercollectables.com or Gracebaker@toptiercollectables.com with:
Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return
The reason for the return Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our mistake.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
